About Melissa

Portrait of Melissa Feldman

For twenty years, my job has been to make sure the words work.

That has meant editing and developing educational content, fact-checking health and science articles down to the citation, and writing and optimizing SEO content for digital audiences. In every project, I aim to make information clear, accurate, and useful for the people reading it.

Along the way, I picked up a B.A. in Psychology from McGill, an Israeli teaching license in ESL, and an M.A. in Immigration and Settlement Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University. All of it shapes how I write for an audience. I think about what readers need, what they already understand, and what keeps them reading.

I'm based in Toronto and work with clients worldwide.
